FAQ

Can I buy these houses now?

These homes will be completed and move in ready in entirety before they are available for purchase! Trust us, we're excited too!

What is the difference between a spec home and a custom home?

A spec home is a new construction, move-in ready home constructed by a builder before a homeowner has purchased it.

A custom home is a home built for a particular homeowner with a contract in place. The builder works directly with the home buyer on all facets of the construction of home—architecture, floor plan design, building materials, etc.

Can I change anything in these homes?

No, spec homes are move-in ready and are designed with current, appealing features that most prospective homebuyers desire in their home. For example these homes include an open concept floorplan, attached casita, built in office and so much more.

When will these homes be ready?

While we do not have an exact date due to the uncertinty of the market right now,  we are hoping to go to market with these beautiful homes mid August 2022!
