Our communities and offices remain open. However, in light of the current health pandemic, we are taking steps to better protect the health of our home buyers and employees. We have implemented the following safety measures for when you are visiting our new offices or one of our home sites.
  Our sales office and home sites remain open daily but to practice appropriate social distancing, all meetings will be “appointment only”. In addition we're also offering virtual or phone appointments using Zoom. We ask that you please call ahead to schedule your appointment.

Increased sanitizing procedures and additional cleaning of all public or shared surfaces happens routinely and between each office appointment.

    Any employee experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms or who has a family member that may be feeling ill has been asked to stay home.

We are now offering walk-throughs digitally. This allows you to visit our communities from the comfort of your own home. Please visit our website to view available communities, floor plans and home features. You can then call our sales director Andrew Medina at 505-373-7797 and he can answer your questions and walk you through over the phone and or computer.

Fellowship Homes has also suspended non-essential in-home warranty service for the next two weeks. During this time we will continue to evaluate the situation to determine if further actions are required. We will provide updates as the situation evolves.
